Decent stay with SOME shortcomings
impersonal service outdated electrical setup
The service felt somewhat impersonal, ESPECIALLY during check-in. I found the lack of acknowledgment regarding my requests a bit disheartening. the room's electrical setup seemed a little outdated. I spotted a loose extension socket.

A good experience!
cute staff fabulous gardens
The staff were cute. The building has considerable charm. It reminded me of houses in my favourite books. The gardens were fabulous, I found them beautiful and restful. I spent some time there.
The room lacked clear instructions for WiFi or TV. I found this frustrating. the tea and coffee options in the room were quite basic. I expected more.
